THE cdp "Train  to Win a Mini Cooper" CONTEST RULES

1. To be entered in a contest, participants must follow specific contest instructions and adhere to general rules and regulations.

2. Drawing will be held upon enrollment of our 5,000th paying trainee into our trainingSalon web site(s). Winner will be notified within 24 hours of drawing. Drawing for and notification of winner will be handled by our Certified Public Accountant.

3. No one may win more than one of each prize offered and no more than 1 winner per household may win a specific contest.

4. Winners of cash or merchandise prizes may not win another prize of cash or merchandise within 30 days. If prize exceeds the value of $1000, winner may not win anything from any cdp for one year.

5. Winners have 10 business days to pick up their prize, if prize is not picked up within 10 business days; the prize is returned to the cdp prize inventory and is forfeited by the winner.

6. All prizes must be picked up at the cdp offices during regular business hours, Monday-Friday from 9:00am-5:00pm.

7. Winners are solely responsible for payment of all applicable federal, state, and local taxes, if any.

8. Winners must be at least 18 years of age and must present a valid ID and TDLR Cosmetology License to receive a prize.

9. Only one entry per person, subject to specific contest/game rules.

10. To be awarded a prize, the name drawn or contestant chosen, must be the proper name of the contestant and VALID TDLR Cosmetology License number, according to specific contest rules, as determined by cdp.

11. cdp is not responsible for any mechanical telephone problems or failure, facsimile transmission problems or failure, email and/or website difficulties, omission or neglect on the part of the US Postal service.

12. All materials submitted during a contest become the property of cdp. cdp shall have the right to use any such material in connection with the given contest in any way seen fit by cdp. By entering a contest, the participant agrees that cdp may use his/her name, photo, or voice in advertisements and/or promotion without compensation and grants cdp all rights said to use.

13. All employees and families of cdp or its agencies and participating advertisers are ineligible. 

14. Contest winners must reside within the state of Texas and have a current TDLR Cosmetology License, unless otherwise specified.

15. No purchase is necessary, however, contestant must have a VALID TDLR Cosmetology License (number) to enter the contest and MUST use the cdp entry form. (Link to cdp Entry Form).                             

16. Non-Trainee entrants DO NOT COUNT toward the 5,000 paying trainee drawing requirement.

17. Contest is void where prohibited by law.

18. Prizes are not transferable and no substitution of prizes will be allowed.

19. cdp reserves the right to determine the eligibility of any contestant.

20. Any violation of the above-stated cdp contest rules will constitute disqualification and no prize will be rendered by cdp, or its agencies and advertisers.

21. Contest may be discontinued without prior notice.

22. Contest rules may be changed at any time without prior notice by cdp.

THE cdp Mini Cooper YOU TRAIN FOR A CAR CONTEST RULES

Odds of winning depend on number of eligible entries received - 1in 5000.

The Grand Prize in this contest is a Mini-Cooper.
Prize does not include tax, title and license for the vehicle.
The Grand Prize Winner will win one(1) car. 
Decisions of contest sponsors with respect to the contest are final.
One finalist will be selected by random selection from all eligible and qualified entries
The finalist contestant will be notified by phone on within 24 hours of drawing. 

Conditions:
(a) Payment of vehicle tax, title, and registration are the sole responsibility of the winner. If winner is unable to pay the vehicle tax, title and registration, the prize will be forfeited and the winner will not receive any compensation.
(b) Payment of all federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner. Winner will be responsible for all-applicable taxes.
(c) By participating in the contest, the winner agrees to have their name, voice, or likeness used in any advertising or broadcasting material relating to this contest, and to sign a publicity release, affidavit of eligibility and release of liability prior to acceptance of the prize. By accepting the prize, winner grants to Station the right to use the winner's name, voice, picture and/or likeness for purposes of advertising and publicity in any and all media now known or hereafter invented, without further permission or additional compensation (except where prohibited by law). All expenses on receipt and use of prize are the sole responsibility of winner. Winner, by acceptance of their prizes, agree to release cdp, their respective parents and subsidiaries, and their respective advertising, promotion and production agencies from any and all liability, claims or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages or losses to persons and property which may be sustained in connection with the receipt, ownership or use of the prize or while preparing for, participating in, and/or traveling to any prize-related activity.
(d). Contest sponsors reserve the right to make changes in the rules of the contest, which will become effective upon announcement.
(e). No purchase necessary to enter or win. The contest is void where prohibited.
(f).  Failure to comply with the contest rules may result in a contestant’s disqualification.
